Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Books must be free from writing, coloring, bent pages, or other signs of use.
Products must be returned with their original packaging when applicable.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally considered final sale:

Personalized or inscribed books
Coloring and activity books that have been used or marked
Opened or used natural ranch products, including dried pine needles
Clearance or final-sale merchandise clearly identified at purchase

These restrictions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package our products before shipping. However, we understand that accidents can happen during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns made for personal preference or change of mind.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns.

If we shipped an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs if a return is necessary.

Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Purchases Through Other Retailers

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Toats Magoats Ranch online store.

Books purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or other retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of the retailer where the purchase was made.

Signed & Personalized Books — Final Sale

Each signed book from Toats Magoats Ranch Books is prepared with special care, making it a unique and meaningful keepsake.

All signed and personalized book sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, unwanted gifts, or personal preference once the book has been signed or personalized.

However, we want every customer to receive a book they can treasure.

If your signed book arrives with significant physical damage, a printing or manufacturing defect, an incorrect item, or a personalization error made by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Minor variations in handwritten signatures or inscriptions are natural and do not constitute defects.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, including names and spelling, as personalized books cannot be changed once completed.
